Sales Lead & Leadership Consultant

Megan is an experienced leader and successful consultant.  In the last ten years, she consulted and worked with over 400 non-profit corporations in various capacities in the states of Louisiana, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Megan developed leadership talent through mentoring and training seminars specifically for directors, educators, parents, high school youth and young adults.  Topics have included strategy and event planning, leadership, business development, collaborating with volunteers, marketing practices, improving professional skills, managing crisis, maintaining healthy boundaries and mentorship.  Megan brings experience and an understanding of working with millennials and has led the effort in building a library of millennial research for White Oak.

Megan’s role with White Oak is two-fold:  (1) Leading the sales efforts for White Oak Consulting and (2) Equipping leadership with best practices, strategies and the skills required for being successful in their various roles.  She truly brings innovation, problem solving and enthusiasm wherever she goes.  Megan is a maverick leader which lends to big vision and big results.

Prior to 2009, she received a M.A. in Theology from University of Divinity (Melbourne, Australia), a Graduate Diploma in Marriage and Family from the John Paul II Institute (Melbourne, Australia), a B.A. Honors in Biology, with a second major in Music and a minor in Chemistry from Concordia College (Fargo-Moorhead, Minnesota).  During the winter months, she loves to build snowmen, cross-country ski and travel to the beach.  In her spare time, she reads, listens to live music and spends time with loved ones.
