Heidi Bergeron Gross is Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at White Oak Consulting. She provides program and content leadership as a key contributor to White Oak’s strategic vision. Her goal is to empower more leaders to clarify their true mission and call, so that they are free to lead with the integrity that accompanies authenticity.

Heidi previously served as the Director of Advancement for Boys Hope Girls Hope International, which helps motivated youth to reach their full potential in 14 U.S. cities and in Mexico and Guatemala. Prior to that she was Development Director of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Greater New Orleans, and has experience in teaching, civic engagement and facilitating critical dialogue. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Theological Studies from St. Louis University and a Masters in Religion, Ethics and Politics from Harvard University. Heidi lives in the New Orleans area with her husband, Christopher, and their two young children.
