Craig McCall is the founder of McCall Consulting Group, a boutique executive coaching, talent development and assessment firm. As an Alliance Partner with White Oak Consulting, McCall Consulting Group provides the coaching and assessment expertise essential for White Oak Consulting’s First-time Manager, Mid-Level Leadership and Senior-Level Leadership Programs.

For the last 15 years, Craig has coached several hundred managers and executives, designed coaching programs, worked with senior teams and advised companies on a broad range of talent development initiatives. As a doctoral level corporate psychologist and executive coach, Craig brings expertise in understanding human behavior and personality, strategic thinking and leadership, internal motives/drivers and interpersonal effectiveness. He is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Craig is also a licensed psychologist, and holds a Doctorate degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and theology from Boston College. He has held faculty positions at two graduate institutions in Chicago and is a former coaching faculty member at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He currently provides pro bono coaching to MBA students at Queens University McColl School of Business in Charlotte, North Carolina. Craig lives with his wife and three daughters in Charlotte, NC, and enjoys international travel and mountain trekking.
