Our Story
Paul and his wife, Lisa, sat in their front yard astounded as their bushy, thirty-year-old White Oak tree was transformed. As the tree specialists pruned it into shape, this majestic oak tree took its proper place in the world, as an emblem of strength, beauty and protection. The potential, once housed in that acorn, is now on full display.White Oak Consulting believes that this same principle applies to people. We work with organizations interested in developing the innate potential of their leaders. We provide the right conditions, challenges and tools to develop leaders with integrity, old-fashioned know-how and wisdom.Leaders, trusting of their purpose, are respected and followed.
